These 3 hour interactive sessions, by Raiven are ideal for bringing together teams from your organisation to use cases that fit your biggest needs, add quick value, and start you on a journey to adopting AI impactfully. After a short introduction to AI capabilities, teams will work in small groups to share core organisational challenges, identify how AI can be used to tackle them, determine which are highest in priority, and map out steps needed to execute on them.
What you will come away with:
- Minimum of 1 high priority use case specific to your organisation.
- A ranked list of potential use cases specific to your organisation.
- Assessment of organisational readiness for implementation.
- Execution plan for the highest priority use case.
- An understanding of how to scope AI projects and assess their impact.
- Report summarising the outputs of their work, and recommendations.
