Developing new products and services is a risky business activity but can deliver great returns. This workshop will highlight some key items that need to be considered to improve the chances of success and reduce the cost of failure. The approaches provided are easy to apply and don’t require the wholesale adoption of new tools or techniques. By the end of this workshop you will be able to:

Your Trainer:

Alistair Fox has over 20 years’ international experience of Marketing, Sales and Product Development gained from working within the IT, Technology, Utilities and Automotive sectors.  He currently works with clients to improve their sales and profitability, integrating sales, channels and alliances, marketing and product management.
