This workshop is about you – how you make the best work results happen for yourself and others. It is practical and focused on real work.
It is self-evident that we are all unique in the way that we approach our working life and manage the essential balance between the pressures of getting things done and our personal life and well-being.
Running a business, leading a team, managing the work of remote colleagues is not just about technical skill.

To do this we need an understanding of the different ways that people manage work, and their preferential ways of approaching projects and organisation – and of course their time. ‘Time Management’ gurus have often presented skill in this area as being very fixed, whereas in fact we all do it differently – one method that suits some will not work for others.
This workshop investigates these topics:
1 Using Review Models to improve outcomes
2 Using a simple Project Management method to structure new projects
3 Your personal structure for managing work activities
4 Simultaneously considering the detail and the ‘big picture’ of your work
5 Making the best decisions, getting priorities right
6 Planning, delegating, making the most of meetings
7 Managing time in your way.
