This workshop is designed to build the confidence needed to approach lenders and stakeholders, and demonstrate how to present your case.

The emphasis will be on how to put your case across, and the importance of considering what potential lenders and investors are looking for.
Each participant will be encouraged to have a go at pitching: this will provide the opportunity to practice a pitch and learn first hand about what makes your pitch effective. You can use your own pitch or a provided, prepared case study.
By then end of this workshop you will be able to:
• Know the two most important words
• Describe what Lenders and Investors want
• Consider how to present your case
• Write your first 3 minutes
• Review lessons from the Dragons’ Den: what we learn from TV

These workshops are delivered as part of the Business Ready programme to support tech based and knowledge intensive small businesses, with high growth potential based in the Coventry & Warwickshire LEP area.
